All machinery orders include free 1st class signed for delivery. Unless you're ordering from outside UK mainland of which a delivery price will be presented to you on checkout.

All machinery orders between Monday - Thursday and before 2pm will be processed and despatched the same day, aiming for next day delivery. This applies to spare parts. Should any spare part be out of stock or a special order item, you'll be contacted accordingly to see how you want to proceed with your order.

Orders placed outside the Monday - Thursday before 2pm timeframe will be processed the same day but aim to ship this item to you the next working day.

There're many spares parts that can quickly become obsolete or temporally unavailable and we aim to keep our database as up to date as possible.

Every care is taken to ensure your order reaches you safely, and in a timely manner.

This service use FedEx, Parcelforce, TNT, UK MAIL, UPS, Royal Mail and APC delivery serivices within the UK.

Only available in the UK mainland. DG, TD, EH, ML, KA, G, FK, KY, PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW shipping postcodes may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping is FREE for most SCH products, in certain areas. If you're outside our FREE delivery limit, you'll be contacted with a shipping cost for your order.

Spare Parts
1st class UK delivery - £7.49 + VAT (Inc packing) in 1 - 3 working days

A signature is required for delivery on machinery orders.

To Mowers & Spares customer satisfaction is paramount, and as such if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service and/or products, or change your mind, please read our terms and conditions below:

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 5 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If the goods are correct and you still wish to return your order and this is a fast moving item then you will get a full refund. If the goods are correct and you still wish to return your order is a special order item then a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your order within your refund. (This applies to sapre parts)

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND: In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you must contact us in writing within 5 working days of your receipt of the goods to request a refund if you change your mind.

IF YOU ORDERED IN ERROR: Please contact us on 0333 207 0773, or email us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can stop the your order being shipped. Your payment will be cancelled/refunded within 1-2 working days.

A refund will be carried out by us within 30 days of agreeing the return in writing.

RETURNS:Any unwanted stocked parts must be returned to us within 14 days from the date invoiced and may besubject to a handling charge. We regret that we are unable to accept returns for special ordered parts (items ordered specifically upon customer request) unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

You must return the goods to us, failure to do so is a breach of your statutory duty, and you may be charged recovery costs.

It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, until they are returned to us.

Any goods must be returned within a reasonable time scale and must be securely wrapped, preferable in the original packaging.

A refund will be carried out by us within 30 days of agreeing the return in writing.

We also recommend returning by Royal Mail special delivery as any damages or losses incurred during return may mean we are unable to refund you.

Refund will include the original postage cost, if applicable, but the customer will pay the cost of returning the item to us, unless it is faulty.

The refund process means money can only be refunded to the source originally used to pay. For credit card sales, this will be the exact card which was used.

For any items judged to be damaged due to improper use or when reasonable care has not been taken by the customer, Mowers & Spares may claim against the customer for damages and breach of statutory duty. This does not affect the customer's right to a full refund.
